Volunteer Info
Each family is required to complete 2 volunteer opportunities throughout the season. These include uniform pickup/returns, gates fees, raffle sales, concessions, field chains, and cleanup. All volunteers must be at least 17 years old.
Volunteer opportunities are posted on SignUp and are available at every single HOME game at Eastern (if you volunteer at another location, it does not count toward your 2 volunteer duties). Click the link below to sign up!
Once your 2 duties are fulfilled and you sign in at each volunteer opportunity, your deposit is returned to you. If your 2 duties are not fulfilled by the end of the season, your check/cash will be deposited in the league account and is non-refundable. This will occur after the last uniform return date..
Deposits will be collected at the start of the season during uniform pickup. Deposits can be in the form of personal checks or cash. Checks need to have the player name on the memo line. Cash needs to be in an envelope with player name and parent name.
